About few months ago, a colleague is asking me if there is gold bar or something else giving to us if we invest into gold. Hmmm…. I think this is first time I heard about this, what an interesting question.

My manager tell him that, it is not necessary to hold the gold bar as we will be issued with a certificate to proof that how much we have invested and what is the value and everything. That piece of paper is the ‘GOLD’. Btw, I was recommended to the Monex Deposit Company which is also a gold, silver and precious metals investment leader in America, they could help us in gold investing and also other precious metals investment.

Since there is only abt 2 months later to our holiday, I am now busy searching what is worth to get from there. As well as the address of the shop! Tell, it was a long list until I have to double check if I mistaken duplicate it. but, look like I have to start to eat less to save money for the shopping spree!!!

Hurray… our holiday plan to Hong Kong is only another 2.5 months later!!! Imagine, I bought the air ticket at November last year and how many months we have to wait to fulfill the plan!! That time, I am very happy to draft an itinerary for the Hong Kong trip and edit it for few times till now. Yes, the itinerary was finalize and what I have to do is, search for a hotel. I think most of you know that, hotel in Hong Kong is not cheap. Hunting for a hotel is a tough task for the trip. Anyway, I just got what I want from the Accor Hotels City Super Sale.

At first, I was not so sure whether to stay in Kowloon City or Hong Kong Island, but after going through the itinerary few times, I know that stay in Kowloon City is more suitable for my itinerary. What more, the Novotel Hotel I booked was only about 62.96USD per night and the hotel was located in the shopping heaven, Nathan Road!! Btw, this great rate is for a limited time only!! How Lucky I am!!!

Ok, let’s share a bit of my itinerary.

We will first make a 2 days 1 night trip to the Magical Kingdom, HK Disneyland after arrival. After that, we will move to Kowloon City for 3 days. We will go to Ocean Park, Tsim Tsa Tsui, Snoopy Park and some famous shopping mall to spend the money I have saved from the hotel rate! LOL

Last year November when our local budget airline was just announced that they are going to delete the fuel surcharge and also giving out free seat at the same time, i have fallen into the trap. Yes, I grabbed the air ticket to HK and it is true that I only pay for their admin charges and airport tax only. I pay only about RM150+ for the return ticket to HK and I think, this is the best bargain in the world!!

Time flies, it has been almost a year since I first start my venture into online business. To be frank, at first I never expect I will continue the business till now, I thought I might will quite after a few months. It is not an easy task to be boss, especially there is a lot of competitors in the market. I am a bit late into this market, somehow I feel like I am an alien fighting for a piece of cake with them. lol

Anyway, I am trying my best to work for my business. I got to be alert of what is the new and latest product in the market and I have to calculate and calculate to get the best profit margin for myself. Also, I have to work out the Boston Search Engine Optimization so that my store could be more easy to be searched from the search engine. This is very important to drive more traffic to my store. Mind you, traffic and exposure is very important for a business. Well, not easy to working on this issue.

I m planning to have an anniversary sales for my store, hopefully can have more business by that time.

Initially my sis was plan to move to her new house in last few week, but due to the delay of renovation work, she have to postpone the moving. As of what she told me, the house moving will postpone to another few months later. She will go to Melbourne for a month and this explain why they postpone it for few months. How rich a!

It must be good to spend a month in Melbourne. How I wish I have immediate family member there to accommodate me. Otherwise, I don’t think I have enough of money to spend a month in Melbourne; it is too costly for a poor people like me to stay there. See, how good to be rich!

Now, I got another few months of time to think about what to buy for her as house warming present. Really headache of what to buy for her, I think maybe I will get her the Crystal Singing Bowls which she told me before she like it. Anyway, still have to check around if there is any good deal around for the item. Hopefully I can get a good deal for the singing bowl during the great summer sales.

Facebook is really amazing!! i meet a lot of friend, ex-classmates which we have lost contact for more than 10 years! It is very enjoy reading their post and photo. Most of them have very success in their career, some even working abroad now. By reading to their photo, I feel like want to further study at an online colleges which I am always hoping to join.

However, I can’t promise if I have the heart to finish the whole course after I have sign up. Furthermore, I don’t think I am free to stay in front of the monitor for hours.

Sometimes ago, I read from magazine article saying that the surface and color of our fingernail represent to our health. As for myself, my fingernail is soft type and the fingernail of my index finger is bend and curve. Regardless how many times I trim and hopping it will grow out like normal, but it just wont. The fingernail will just grow out bend and curve every time. And now, I can see that the fingernail of my left thumb is starting to grow out bend down and curve. The bend and curve fingernail really make me a bit worry if is there health problem on me.

Another problem of the bended fingernail is, it spoil the overall appearance of my finger/hand. But, lucky there is so-called nail polish available in the market. With the nail polish, I can always color my nail by matching to the color of the clothes I am wearing. Tell you, the nail polish available at nailsinc.com has so many variety of color, you name it, and they have it. Among all the available colors, what I like the most is light cream color. The light cream nail color made my fingernail look so natural, like I naturally have nice looking fingernail.

A friend is so crazily searching a housing loan that offer the best rate in the market. I think she has ask the quotation for more than 5 bankers! I think if she is buying the property from St. Thomas Real Estate and so choosey like that, maybe people will hate her from top to toe!! hahhaa

Anyway, lucky that she is wanted to refinance her house only. The purpose of refinance the house is to get a better and lower interest rate. Mind you, the interest is so low now, as compare to previous years! I think, now is the lowest rate that ever happen in the market!! In fact, it is the best time to invest to a property, of course if you have extra money on hand! Too bad as I don’t have.

Btw, since she always has discussion with the bank officer about the home loan, she hardly got time to entertain me now. hahhaaa …… she always return with the word, back, just talk to a bank officer about the home loan. :S hahhahaha

Anyway, hopefully she could find a home loan that offer the best rate for her, so that she can save more and treat me with expensive dinner.

Our local budget airline is having free ticket promotion again, but too bad the route to Taiwan is not included in the campaign.

The free ticket traveling period is from Jan 2010 till April 2010, so I try my luck to search if there is any available ticket traveling during the Chinese New Year is free. Guess what, there is ticket available for Bali on the 6th day of Chinese New Year! Immediately I grab the ticket which departs from the 7th day of Chinese New Year. Be frank, the ticket to Bali is very cheap, it is about RM70 per pax! Much cheaper than taking a bus to Singapore!

After get the ticket, I am very excited to search for the hotel & villa in Bali! Hmmmm … those very nice hotel and villa is not cheap!! It is not as cheap as what I thought, maybe those I like is too high level! LOL I was eyeing on 2 villa/hotel which located at Ubud, these villa look so great like the St. Thomas Villas and has a lot of good feedback!! But too bad, the best rate of these 2 villas is all above USD hundred bucks!! Too expensive for me!!

Both hub and I agreed that the cost of living in HK is very expensive. For us, it is not worth to spend about 5k for a trip in HK. 5k is about what we have spent for our previous trip to Japan, excluding air ticket of course.

Instead of paying for HK, I think it will be more worth if we spend it on another Japan trip or perhaps a mexico vacation? Most of the tourist places in HK we have been before, so no point if we are going there again; what’s more the Disneyland in HK is so small.

Finally out local budget airline has announced their new destination to Taipei. I have been waiting this news to be announced since months ago. The introductory fare is at RM101 one way, quite cheap if you are only buy a ticket. I need 4 tickets if I am going, so after adding up all, it is considered as quite pricey for me, although it is only about the price of a ticket to Japan. But still, all because of it is budget airline, so I hope it could be much cheaper than. Or else, I would rather spend my money on the gold investing and wait for their another round of free ticket campaign!!

Being a low income earner, I think it is impossible for me to save for my retirement life. Well, I hope I don’t have to work in my retirement life, instead, I wish to travel around to enjoy my retirement life. A lot of money is needed for traveling and I doubt if I am able to travel as a backpacker at that old age. Hmmm…. Is that so called eligible age to stay in an YH?

To help my wish come true, I think I need to check out the insurance company for any retirement plan or term life insurance where I can get a sum of money when I reach my retirement life. With that money upon maturity of the policy, I can do a lot of thing besides traveling. Of course, I wish my kids won’t eyes on my money by that time. lol

Btw, before I get any quote, I better get my financial planner to check for me, how much I needed for my desired retirement life. Hopefully it won’t cost much, or else, I think I can’t afford to pay for it! Maybe I will die first (after working so hard to earn money for the expensive monthly premium) before I am eligible to spend my retirement money. :S

I just accept another job of a short 10days trip to Tokyo and Hokkaido by end of next month, during the school holiday. I should say like this, it is a holiday for a small family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. So, what can we expect from the trip with 2 young kids around? Definitely is the magical kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland. Tell you, it was the best theme park I ever been before.

It is middle of April now, so I don’t really have much time to plan for the trip, as well as the hotel reservation. Anyway, lucky that end May is not peak in Japan. Else, surely the hotel will be even more expensive. Mind you, the exchange rate of yen is still considered as very high as at today.

A few friends of mine encourage me to treat this trip planner as a business, or maybe I can set up a travel company too. Wonder, can I set up an online travel company? If possible, then maybe I should take into consideration to get the Boston Search Engine Optimization service to help to grow my business.

But, I don’t think I can get the license from the said department as I have no experience at all, and most important is I have no money at all!!!

As I said before, I lover traveling very much and one of my wish list is, traveling to Hokkaido during their lavender season, which is on summer. Tell you, about few years ago, I have drafted the itinerary and even checking out all the hotels which I would like to stay for the trip. Well, I need this information to budget how much I am going to save to spend in the trip.

Of course, I did check out a few car rental company that offer the best deal on car rental in Hokkaido and the list of map code for the GPS system. Almost 99.9% of the cars are equipped with the GPS system. Oh, according to their vehicle rental agreement, they did provide the litigation service which similar to the Massachusetts OUI Lawyer’s to all their customers if there is anything happen during the period.

Sad to tell, I have to keep aside for the itinerary I have planned as we have postponed out trip. And worst is, we don’t know when will we afford to make the trip. Hopefully, we could make it soon and most important is, the exchange rate will back to normal which is about 3.0 instead of 4.0.

During our last visit to Disneyland which is on last year June, I saw there is a sick kid lying on the hospital bed with foley catheter was accompany by a gang of people (guess some of them are medical stuffs). Immediately I have the thinking of, visits to Disneyland is a wish of that sick kid. At that moment, I really thanks god that I have a pair of healthy kid who are actively run around the park.

I think we should thanks god that our kids are able to run around, instead of scolding the kids as they are naughty, right?

My boy is going to be 2 soon, and I think I already smell the ‘terrible two’ from him since months ago…. what I am worry now is, his terrible two explode when we are in holiday few months later!!! Can’t imagine if he throwing tantrum while in the middle of the mall or somewhere else ….. by the time we are traveling, he will be at around 28 months old, I praying hard that he has already pass through the terrible stage by that time!!!

Traveling with kids is always troublesome and less freedom. The best way to travel with kids along is get the rental Car Service NYC (if you are traveling to NYC) to get around. It is always convenience when you are driving around instead of taking the public transport.

Too bad it is impossible for us to rent a car in our coming holiday destination. It is hard to drive around in the city we are not familiar ….. Furthermore, it is not recommended to drive around in that place. How good if we are going to Hokkaido, which I planned to rent a car to tour around, I means if we are going in future.

There is a TV show which is a place for artists/models to show off their collectibles. The first time I watch that show is about few weeks ago. I remember, there is a model (or artist? Cant remember truly about this) show off her nail polish collection. She love nail polish very much and she is very good is apply the nail polish. Others VIP even commented that she could be a very potential manicurist.

Talking about nail polish, it has been many years since I last apply it. I stop apply nail polish after I pregnant with my first baby. But now, since the kids are all grow up (at least they are no longer an infant :)), I think I can ‘resume’ my interest of applying nail polish.

It is not easy to be a mother, especially a mother of two. Tell you, it is very tired… most terrible is when one pulling you to the left while another pulling you to the right! How good if there are two ‘ME”.

With two active toddlers around, it is hard to have my personal time doing my own thing. I think the only free time I have is, during my shower time. Frankly speaking, I enjoy my shower time very much. I don’t have to yelling to the kids and being pulling here and there while I was in the bathroom.

Too bad our house is small and the bathroom is not spacious. Or else, surely I will get hubby to install a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. Can’t imagine how much time I am going to spend in my Jacuzzi bathtub …… must be at least an hour!! Hahhaha ….

My goodness…. Eveyrtime I look at those bathrooms magazine or website, i just can’t stop myself for not checking out the latest bathroom accessories and furniture!! Yes, I have a dream bathroom, but too bad it needs quite a lot of space which is not allowed in our house.
